JOB OPPORTUNITY – IT Support Engineer – remote/onsite
We require an IT professional with experience of remote and onsite support of the full suite of SME network solutions.
Essential skills:
- Microsoft server technologies
- Active Directory administration
- Microsoft Exchange Server
- Microsoft desktop operating systems
- Network technologies such as Routers, Switches, wireless etc
Desirable skills:
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Office 365
This role is to support our extensive customer base in all aspects of their IT. This will include a mix of ongoing remote and onsite support, as well as installations where required.
The right candidate will have a professional attitude, and show willingness to take on new and sometimes challenging tasks. You must live within reasonable travelling distance of our head office in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk – and be willing to travel to customers sites located in the East Anglia region.
£23K – £28K depending on experience
